USE CASE / OVERFLOW

The lunch rush is taking your bookings.

Three calls hit the desk at once. Service writer's on the line with an adjuster. Estimator's outside walking a hood. The phone goes to voicemail and the caller hangs up - the next shop on Google Maps gets the booking.

How rollover works

  • Caller dials your published number.
  • Front desk picks up first - or if no answer in 3-4 rings, the call rolls to the agent.
  • Agent greets in the shop's voice, captures vehicle / damage / carrier / claim status.
  • Books an in-shop estimate slot or routes urgent / tow calls to the cell phone you designate.
  • Sends the structured intake + photos to the team's inbox in under 60 seconds.

What it captures

Vehicle (year/make/model). Damage area. Carrier name. Claim number if they have it. Whether it's drivable. Booked appointment slot. Photos via SMS uplink. Caller phone for callback.

What it doesn't do

Bind quotes. Promise repair timelines. Argue with adjusters. Pretend to be human. The agent identifies as a virtual assistant up front - then runs the gate so your humans get the cases that need them.
